This project was a 5,250 SF addition to the existing Windsor Fine Jewelers building. The structure of the addition was load bearing masonry walls with conventional steel framing for the second floor and the roof. The exterior walls were finished with brick veneer and four large arched storefront windows with black spandrel glass serve as focal points for the exterior of the building. Exterior lighting on the building provide a spectacular view of the building at night. Interior features include, custom jewelry casework, carpeting, bar for customers and lighting that make the jewelry sparkle.
