Duckworth’s services span the full project lifecycle, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction, to deliver a predictable outcome. In pre-construction we handle planning, budgeting, cost estimating, value engineering, schedule development, permitting coordination, and constructability reviews. During construction we manage field supervision, subcontractor coordination and procurement, safety, quality control (QA/QC), schedule tracking, and cost control to keep work on time and within budget. Post-construction covers punch list completion, commissioning, inspections, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, training, warranties, and a smooth turnover so your team can occupy with confidence.
